Using our secure telehealth platform, you can access sessions from the comfort of your home. Privacy and a Wi-Fi connection are key ingredients - no commuting or traffic! We offer day, evening, and weekend appointments to suit all schedules and time requirements.

 

The Benefits of Online Therapy

 

We believe that it is important to offer our services to men regardless of their location, and while in-person has its advantages, we find that virtual can be as effective as in-person for building a therapeutic relationship and learning more about yourself. Many of our clients find online therapy to be more convenient and accessible, particularly those in smaller or remote communities.

Why Therapy for Men?

 

Men's mental health often gets ignored, stigmatized, or treated as just another presenting issue. We are a group of men and women that treat men of all faiths, orientations, ages, and cultural backgrounds. Recently, our work has also branched out to help partners and couples. We work with partners on their own mental health issues or stressful challenges, and couples work including communication and relational skill building. 

Your Sessions May Be Covered By Insurance

 

Depending on your plan, your sessions with one of our therapists may be covered by private health insurance. We do not direct bill, however, you will receive a copy of your receipt after each session that can be used for insurance coverage submission.
