This group is ideal for men who struggle with persistent negative thoughts, overwhelming self-criticism, or feelings of shame. If you’re seeking to break free from unhelpful thought patterns, build resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies, this program offers the tools and support you need.
It’s designed for those who are motivated to improve their mental well-being and create a more positive outlook on life. Participants will benefit from a safe, confidential environment where they can share experiences and learn from others on a similar journey towards personal growth and mental health.
Participants will need to use The Negative Thoughts Workbook: CBT Skills to Overcome the Repetitive Worry, Shame, and Rumination That Drive Anxiety and Depression by David A. Clark, PhD, and Robert L. Leahy, PhD. The workbook will be an essential tool throughout the program, guiding the exercises and discussions.
